RETURN FOR REFUND
- Send us an email to customerservices@thegroundedsole.co.za with your order number and Refund request .
- Please ensure your order number is in the return box

- Don't stress life is supposed to be easy.
- Confirm if you would like a Refund or Store Credit
- In order to be eligible for a refund , the product needs to be returned to us in NEW condition with the original packaging, so that we are able to resell the product as NEW. A Product worn OUTSIDE is no longer considered NEW.
- Returns for REFUND may be subject to a 10% Repacking FEE
Returns for refund If you paid by Bank EFT or SNAPSCAN please provide your Banking Details for the refund which will take up to 12 days. All other payments will be made via the original payment gateway.
-Should you opt for a Store Credit (fully transferable) we will provide you the coupon code which will NOT have any expiry date.
