RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We guarantee every shoe that leaves our warehouse. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it(Within the 10 day period), or if one of our products has any Quality Issue, return it to our store for a repair, replacement or refund(Only on Non Sales Shoes). Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.

RETURNS

RETURN FOR EXCHANGES 

  • Remove from your feet or your dogs mouth!
  • Send us an email to customerservices@thegroundedsole.co.za with your order number and size/style request .
  • Don't stress we are here to free your feet.
  • We will arrange a collection and delivery so you do not need to do anything other than wait a couple of days.(1 free swap per order).
  • Please ensure your order reference is in the return box

You may also do a Swap/Return , within 10 days of purchase ,at or to our The Grounded Sole CT Warehouse located at Shop 1 Cavendish Place , 12 Cavendish Street , Claremont , Cape Town.

Alternately you must advise us that you wish to do a swap and arrange a return delivery with a registered courier service.

Swap returns , within 10 days of purchase , must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. (If no box is returned with the product it cannot be accepted for a swap or refund).

Our warehouse will arrange the courier return at no charge.

  • Don't stress life is supposed to be easy.
  • Confirm if you would like a Refund or Store Credit
  • In order to be eligible for a refund , the product needs to be returned to us in NEW condition with the original packaging, so that we are able to resell the product as NEW.  A Product worn OUTSIDE is no longer considered NEW.
  • Returns for REFUND may be subject to a 10% Repacking FEE

Returns for refund If you paid by Bank EFT or SNAPSCAN please provide your Banking Details for the refund which will take up to 10 days. All other payments will be made via the original payment gateway.

-Should you opt for a Store Credit (fully transferable) we will provide you the coupon code which will NOT have any expiry date.

Once our warehouse receives the item a instore or online credit voucher will be issued

DAMAGES OR QUALITY ISSUES

ALL our shoes are covered by a 6 month warranty from date of purchase against any quality issues, subject to fair wear and tear where a shoe has already been worn outside.

We are serious about ensuring your feet are looked after so please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 10 days of purchase if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

The Head Foot Guru will decide , after an inhouse inspection ,  if the product should be replaced or repaired.
