EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind every pair of shoes and are committed to fair, transparent service under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), No. 68 of 2008.


Change of Mind (Online Orders)

  • Cancel within 7 days of delivery.

  • Shoes must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.

  • Shoes worn outside are not eligible.

  • Return shipping is at your cost unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.


Exchanges (Non-Sale Items)

  • Exchange for size or style of equal value.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original box.

  • Return the item to our warehouse. After inspection, we will arrange free delivery of the replacement.

  • Email: customerservices@thegroundedsole.co.za with your order number and requested size/style.

Sale & Promotional Items

  • Exchanges within 10 days for size or style of equal value.

  • If no replacement is available, a store/online credit is issued.

  • No change-of-mind refunds on sale items.

  • Store credits: transferable, no expiry, not redeemable for cash.


Quality Issues & Warranty

  • 6-month warranty under the CPA for defects or quality issues.

  • Not covered: wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care.

  • Contact us within 10 days of receiving a defective item:
    customerservices@thegroundedsole.co.za (include order number & issue).

  • Resolution: repair, replacement, or refund after inspection.
